Olga Schnitzki Mangerie, 83, of Koppel, died Tuesday, February 19, 2013, at Kindred Hospital.
Born January 23, 1930, in Koppel, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Tillie Rogosky Schnitzki. Olga was a homemaker and a member of Queen of Heaven Parish and a current member of Holy Redeemer.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent A. Mangerie, on July 5, 2009; a brother, Mike 'Shine' Schnitzki, and five sisters, Ann Percic, Nellie Douglawicz, Rose Turok, Catherine Mike, and infant sister Mary Schnitzki.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Edward and Pamela Mangerie, Ellwood City; a daughter and son-in-law, Connie and Ronald Dean, White Twp. five grandchildren, Sarah and Corey Tedrow, Koppel, Julie and Brian Valot, Warren, OH, Katie and Joseph Koller, North Sewickley, Jesse Dean and Emily Dean, both of White Twp.; seven great-grandchildren, Isaac DeAngelis, Lukas and Rebekah Tedrow, Andrew, Anthony, and Aleah Scialdone and Ciera Koller; also several nieces and nephews; a special niece, Gloria Botte, who was at her side through the most difficult time of her life, and a special friend, Helen Evanson.
Friends will be received Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. in the GABAUER-MATTER FUNERAL HOME, 3500 Third Ave., Koppel, where a blessing service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. Father Camilus Njoku will officiate.
Private interment will follow in St Mary's Cemetery.
